At The Sausage Maker, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and supplies to ensure your meat processing success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and unused; please note that for food safety reasons, casings, seasonings, and cure cannot be returned once opened.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your equipment.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back to our Buffalo, NY warehouse using a trackable method.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
